The Golden Boy Web Award is the digital, interactive parallel award to the prestigious Golden Boy Award by Tuttosport, with one significant difference: here, the fans have the final say. Unlike the traditional Golden Boy, which starts with a fixed list of 100 top talents at the end of the season and gradually narrows down to one winner, the Golden Boy Web emphasises fan participation.

Each month, a new shortlist of young players from the top 25 European leagues is released. Fans vote not only on performance, but also on digital impact. Through public voting, one “Winner of the Month” is chosen. After five rounds of monthly voting, the big finale takes place, and the community crowns the Golden Boy Web of the Year. It’s not just about skill on the pitch—popularity, social media reach, and fan engagement all play a role.
