Chelsea are plotting another raid for Ligue 1’s brightest talents after scouting Rennes centre-back Jérémy Jacquet. The Frenchman, 20, has excelled with the Brittany club and is under contract until 2029, while Saint-Étienne teenager Djylian N’Guessan, 17, is also on their radar, per The Athletic.

Manchester United are reportedly considering a shock move to bring James Garner back to Old Trafford. The 24-year-old left the Red Devils in 2022 to join Everton but his impressive recent performances could see rejoin in a cut-price move, with Garner’s contract set to expire in 18 months’ time.

Newcastle United midfielder Sandro Tonali has emerged as a target for Juventus. The Italy international is thought to be keen on returning to his native Italy, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, and the Bianconeri are one of the teams thought to be interested in signing him.
