The January transfer window is now little more than a dot in the rearview mirror and as such European football has got back to the business of winning games and challenging for as much silverware and success as possible between now and the end of the season. However, as all football fans know, the rumour mill never truly sleeps and while the summer transfer window may be many months away, there are still plenty of top stories to dig into in the meantime.

Manchester United have added Aurélien Tchouaméni to their shortlist as they target signing two new central midfielders this summer. The 26-year-old is contracted at Real Madrid until 2028 but United could test their resolve with a significant bid as the Spanish giants want to sign Rodri.
Liverpool view Yan Diomande as their prime realistic target to replace Mohamed Salah. The 19-year-oid has enjoyed an exceptional breakthrough season with RB Leipzig but the Bundesliga club will hold out for an eye-watering fee, close to €100 million.
Newcastle United are reportedly open to selling Anthony Gordon this summer, if Bayern Munich submit an offer of around €85m. The German giants are interested in the England international and Newcastle will realistically have to sell a prized asset
