The January transfer window is now little more than a dot in the rearview mirror and as such European football has got back to the business of winning games and challenging for as much silverware and success as possible between now and the end of the season. However, as all football fans know, the rumour mill never truly sleeps and while the summer transfer window may be many months away, there are still plenty of top stories to dig into in the meantime.

Today’s biggest transfer stories
Manchester City have entered talks with Sporting CP over the potential signing of Morten Hjulmand. The Denmark international has also attracted interest from Juventus and Manchester United, but City are stepping up their move for the 26-year-old.
Tottenham have reportedly verbally agreed to sign Andy Robertson when he leaves Liverpool as a free agent this summer. The Scotland left-back’s exit was announced earlier this week and Spurs are set to sign the experienced defender if they survive relegation.
MLS outfit FC Cincinnati are exploring a possible deal to sign Brazil star Neymar. The Santos winger has struggled with injuries and at 34 is approaching the end of his career. But he could follow Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez in heading for the USA, with preliminary discussions held.
