It’s not been a vintage English Premier League season but it’s still been a memorable campaign for several clubs. Arne Slot led Liverpool to a record-equalling 20th English top-flight title but they weren’t the only club to lift silverware. It was the year of the underdog in England with Crystal Palace lifting their first major trophy with the FA Cup and Newcastle United ending a 70 year wait for a domestic title when they triumphed in the League Cup final.
Tottenham also ended a long trophy drought by beating Manchester United in the Europa League final, with Chelsea following their London rivals by lifting the European Conference League. On Friday May 30th, Transfermarkt released their latest Premier League market value update with 541 players’ valuations altering. The English top-flight is the most valuable league in the world at €11.3 billion and it features some of the best young prospects on the planet. But who are the most valuable U21 talents in the Premier League? Let’s find out.

The most valuable U21 players in the Premier League
Dean Huijsen is the most valuable U21 star in the Premier League but that will all change on Sunday when he completes his move to Real Madrid. Huijsen enjoyed an incredible season at Bournemouth to earn his move to the Spanish giants with his market value increasing by €18 million to €60m in the update. As the graphic below illustrates, Ethan Nwaneri and Leny Yoro are both valued at €55m but the Arsenal starlet takes second spot as he’s younger.
The top three is completed by Kobbie Mainoo and Savinho, despite both players receiving €5m downgrades after disappointing seasons. Myles Lewis-Skelly has been a revelation for Arsenal this season and he received another €17m upgrade – the 18-year-old’s market value has increased by €40m across the 2024/25 campaign. Alejandro Garnacho, Adam Wharton and Milos Kerkez all feature in the top ten and the trio could all be on the move this summer.
